We just got this and initially it seems that our cat isn’t sure what to make of it. The construction is sound and it’s easy to charge and comes with a use charger. It is easy to clean and quiet. It comes with several extra filters so the water will stay clean. We are happy with the product and are hopeful that our cat will start using it. I’m giving it 4 stars because mine came without a filter and now I can’t shut off this bright blinking light so whoever had it before me had to have busted the button under where it plugs in order to turn the light off.
