The Cat Tower with Litter Box Enclosure is a great looking piece of furniture for what it is. The walnut color goes well with similarly colored decor. It is of-course like most pet furniture, compressed“cheap” wood, but the finish looks great. My personal experience required a lot of patience to finally get the item in one piece, as I had problems with several damaged pieces and missing pieces. However the manufacturer exercised exemplary business ethic, in the form of determination to get my order right and sent me full replacements even though I was fine with getting the replacement parts only. I finally received the missing frame pieces I needed to complete the setup and appreciate their commitment to the sale. Love this! Debated about the purchase for a while, but finally went for it, and my cats are in love. Its sturdy and assembly instructions are straight forward. Plenty of room for both of my large cats (about 12-14 lbs each). I added some finer screening around it to keep bugs out (just stapled it to the frame) and created a wood frame that fits inside my window so it can be secured without attaching it to the exterior of my house. Super happy with this. Was using one of those litter boxes that look like a pot with a plant in it. Plastic got scratched and it started holding on to odors and dirt. The area inside was a bit small for my big guy. This rattan box is a really beautiful choice if you’re looking for something more elevated. I use a stainless pan and its perfect. Great accommodations for most cats. This is about 15 feet of floorspace on five levels. Shy cats will hide behind the litter box on the bottom level. Most cats like to hang out in the box at the top. It’s nice. Quality is good not the greatest some parts came dented (wood and cage material) but overall good quality. Sooooo many screws to put together so get your drill ready took three people for us to build but definitely minimum is two. We reinforced the platforms with extra screws and few other areas. We were missing 7 main screws but nothing we couldn’t get at the stores. We have three heavy/fat cats. Overall I’d say if you would like a safe and spacious enclosure for your cats this is nice..
