When care needs change, the Windsor chair series is designed to prevent falls and reduce the physical demands of family members providing loved ones with mealtime assistance. MOBILITY: This chair features a LOCKABLE-INLINE-CASTERS. This feature enables the caregiver to pull the chair (in a straight line) further away from the table thereby allowing even more room between the table and the chair for a person to be seated. Once the person is seated, the caregiver moves the seated person forward to the table with ease and grace! This chair also features a SWIVEL SEAT which locks automatically (90 degrees L/R). With the seat turned away from the table and locked a person is able to be seated without any interference from the table. Once seated, the person is turned to face the table at which time the seat locks in place. The Swivel Release Lever is positioned in easy reach for either the seated person or the family care giver.
