Overall a great product for the price. It wasn’t too tricky to put together, just be careful you pay attention to the direction certain pieces go or else you’ll have to redo it like I did. Assembly was a little tricky because the leaf did not align with the pre-drilled holes. Moving the hardware fixed this. This table looked very cute and has a super vintage design. It is on casters so it is such a good choice for small homes or apartments. This table was very intimidating to put together. And I nearly broke on step 8 where there are several hinges that need to be put on in a very tight space. This step should be completed before step 7. Where the top of the table is put on. But regardless ot was impossible to complete. The tablr also did noy come with the folding chairs despite being pictured with them. It is my understanding that butterfly tables usually cone with the chairs that fold up into the storage compartment. So this should be more clear. Chairs are sold separately. This table is very sturdy and heavy! It works great in our short term rental dining room. The finish had imperfections upon arrival and a new table top was sent to us, but it also had some imperfections in the veneer surface. It now has a "well loved" look and a bit of a patina so it actually works well for us. The first image shows the size with one additional insert, it comes with one other insert, so it can extend to quite a length. The other two images show the type of imperfections that are across most of the surface. The white bits and the cup ring are shown after a good cleaning with a damp cloth and they are not removable.
