The six multi-sized tiles are the beginning of a patio area. They came well packaged in a cardboard box and plastic wrapped onto a solid pallet delivered by a freight company--no breakage here! The real Crema Marfil is quarried near Alicante, Spain, and is technically limestone. However, it is widely labeled as a Marble because it can be polished to a high shine. It has a subtle beige veined background and is an excellent material if you are looking for a gentle warm neutral color palette. Please beware of less expensive options on the market quarried often from Turkey, Indonesia, Egypt, or China as they have less desirable yellow, pink or red hues.
