Very nice comfortable chair. It is also good looking. The size and height of the chair is excellent. It was delivered quickly. As a senior I was looking for a chair with casters, that can roll and swivel and has arms. These features make it easier for me to get out of my chair with bad knees. The name of the chair says it tilts. I don’t know how it does that. It did not come with any instructions. The other thing I wish it had was more padding for the back of the chair. More like an office chair. So I am using my Tempur-Pedic back pads on the chair. I do spend several hours using my kitchen table for reading and work, so not having this kind of padding may not bother other people. Based on someone elses review about the difficult assembly we decided to pay for the assembly as part of the purchase. Based on 4 chairs, the price was 191 for an hour and 45 minutes. The guy actually needed an extra 2 hours to complete the assembly of all 4 chairs, so we had to pay an extra 200. Wayfair needs to adjust assembly time in the purchase process. The swivel mechanism they use is made of reinforced design which guarantees long lasting service. Tobias designs is the only swivel tilt kitchen chair manufacturer that uses solid wood base covers including the stem. They do not use contact paper that looks like wood nor they don't use inferior upholstery materials.

**UPDATE: I texted the company and they sent me 3 new chairs which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They also arranged for the damaged chairs to be picked up by FedEx for no charge. I’m very pleased with the excellent customer service provided and so happy I now have 4 great chairs for my kitchen table. I will post new pictures soon. I’m very mad about my second order of this chair! I ordered 1 chair because I wanted to make sure it looked good and was what I wanted before ordering another 3 to complete my kitchen dinette set. The first chair was delivered in perfect condition and I really liked it so I ordered 3 more and when they arrived they were all damaged to a certain degree.
