Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. The first one we received was delivered in a box that had been through some things. It was left for us without a signature because they knew we would have refused it! Wayfair made it right though. They sent us another one and arranged for the first one to be picked up from our home. The damage was to the support rings underneath, shown in one of the photos above. Took way to long to receive...but it is a heavy product. Due to problems with delivery and length of time (months) to receive, was given a $100. credit... but due to unspecified time frame use limit...lost the credit.
