I'm loving my new Countertop Single Burner Hot plate! I actually purchased this one for convenience. I have a large wooden decorative stovetop cover on my kitchen stovetop so it was a little inconvenient for me to have to keep removing it every time I wanted to just cook a single item of food. This Burner Hot Plate is a very nice one. I love the size of the Burner it fits all my medium to large bottom cookware. I also love how I can easily turn the burner dial from low heat to high heat and in seconds it gets to that level of heat. Happy with the induction plate so far. The only thing that is is missing is is an actual temp read out instead of pre programed selection of numbers from 1-9 where the default temp selection is 5.
