I’m unsatisfied with this product. After the sliding bench arrived and the first assembly guy unpacked the box we discovered a very noticeable split in the composite wood front slate. It should have never been packed and shipped. I immediately contacted Wayfair and had a replacement part sent. When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. This chair is very comfortable and a delight. Assembly really requires prior experience with schematics and understanding basic aspects of hardware. However, as the pics show, the upper/seat section is out of alignment with the lower/base portion; it's pushed to one side. That results in the upper frame knocking against the rear black glide "dog bone" part. I don't understand what would cause this skewing. I kept all fasteners not-tight until everything was assembled. The glider bench is a wonderful addition to our back yard. The tools that are provided are very small and added to the assembly time. One woman and 2 hours later a sturdy gliding bench. The Arvi glider is the perfect addition to our deck! Assembly was easy enough using picture instructions. The piece is very heavy, high end quality. No chance of it blowing over in a wind storm.
