Its a cheap dresser that would not stand up to hard use. But if you can use your furniture gently and arent looking for an heirloom piece, its fine. Lots of pieces and parts, give yourself room for the build, and use furniture scooties (those discs you put beneath furniture feet to move stuff around) because this will be too big and top heavy to lift safely. 3. Hand tightening the screws...ALL the screws...is carpal-tunnel waiting to happen. BUT, it's easy to overtighten and ruin the hole. I almost gave this 4 stars but I went with 5 because the dresser comes exactly as described. If you look at the dimensions prior to purchasing it, you should have no surprises on overall height or depth of drawers. I really like this dresser and think it’s a nice piece for the price. I gave it 4 stars because several of the pieces had minor damage when they arrived. Since everything was packaged very well, I assume the damage occurred before it was packed. I’ve included as many photos as I was able to upload of the damaged pieces for reference. Fortunately, once the dresser was assembled, the minor damage was not visible at all. There were quite a few pieces to assemble, so it took a while, but the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Once assembled, it looks beautiful and is exactly what I was hoping for.
