I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. Unfortunately, there are 2 fabric injuries that are impossible to hide. One of the boxes had a rip in it that had been resealed with packing tape. As a result the fabric was badly damaged. Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. Things that are good about this boneless sofa: Set up is easy, the intended style is appealing. That being said, the manufacturer/seller entirely missed the mark with this. I chose a black sofa and what I received was a gray sofa. The material is advertised as boucle, but instead it feels like cheap felt. The BIGGEST PAIN POINT- it comes in two pieces that do not connect to each other. There is no hardware to connect the two pieces, so it does not look as seamless as the photo. The sofa will "separate" while in use by multiple people and will not stay in place.
