This desk is even better than I expected! It’s very sturdy and feels like hard wood (not a scrap of veneer in sight!) and is a perfect little writing desk. I love this little desk! On the small side (which I wanted) but plenty of room for my laptop and paperwork. Didn't want a large footprint. Two drawers slide nicely for pens, paper, supplies. Easy to assemble, about 20 minutes. Wood has a nice smooth finish, some variations in the wood tone, which I don't mind. Very happy, would have paid more.
