Beautiful chairs as pictured on website. BUT the assembly was a nightmare for my husband who can fix anything! He had to drill holes & pull out many of his tools. If you buy these chairs and are not a do-it -yourselfer, pay for the assembly that Wayfair offers. The color is more of a speckled deep charcoal gray and black mix. So it isn't what I would consider a solid black. It's one of those fabrics that is a different color at different times of the day.
