This bed is really nice with lots of shelving on one side, a desk at the foot of the bed and a storage drawer. I ordered a full size bed in white which is a true white color. This bed is huge when completely assembled so double check measurements in your room and allow for room to open the storage drawer that is located under the mattress section and is the length of the mattress section. I am happy with this bed, now that it is assembled but I am not sure I would order it again. This bed frame comes in many pieces with even more screws and difficult instructions. Lastly, do not order the professional assembly that Wayfair contracts with Angi. I had a terrible experience with the assigned Angi Professional that came to our home but Wayfair made things right, which I appreciate. I don’t have a picture showing the bookcase side headboard, but it’s very nice. The base has so much storage and the whole thing is sturdy. This is my daughter’s tiny college bedroom so storage was important! It took a Wayfair professional assembler over 4 hours to put it together, and she did a fantastic job. The only complaint is FedEx which lostmisplaced all my orders and they were awful about accountability. I went to the service center and after 2 hours of searching, we found my orders and they put them in my car. It was in 2 boxes and weighed a ton. The finished bed is cute and my 7-year-old son absolutely loves it and says it’s very comfortable, but unfortunately the assembly experience made it not worth it for me. Putting this bed together was horrible. Some of the pre-drilled holes didn’t line up or simply weren’t there, and we actually had to measure and calculate in centimeters to figure out where to drill holes into the wood ourselves. There were also several scratches and pieces of wood that arrived slightly bent. We eventually got it together and my son is happy with it, which is the biggest positive, but for the price I expected much better quality control and a significantly easier assembly process. My kid likes it. It was tough to assemble but still holds up well. Though, due to the way the mattress support is, I dont trust myself getting on the bed. I would have done some things differently. Just built it so far looks good some of the holes aren’t aligned so measure looks off however it comes together. Be careful when tightening the hardware as if you go to tight the wood can break. My husband has a rough hand so I blame him. Also make sure you have 2 people, enough space so you can work well if pieces need to be laid down as in my case my husband again didn’t think it through.
