We ordered two of these for our western windows. The kitchen could get up to 104°, however, after installing these, we don’t have a problem with that anymore. They’re relatively easy to assemble, but we’ve had experience putting things together. Someone who’s never put something like this together, the instructions are only pictures. But they look nice and I’m so glad that we purchased them.. Lee. Highland, MI. Wed Aug 26 2026

A little tricky and time consuming to instal but well worth it! They look beautiful! Please note that the wider ones have an intentional seam in the middle. They almost look like two were sewn together to make it wider which for the price seems odd. I initially thought it was a defect. Other than that they are great quality! Outsmart the weather with patio awnings. This awning delivers the perfect amount of shade for your patio or balcony and efficiently protects your home or business from sun damage or light rain. Built with a sleek black frame, this modern design shows less dirt and debris than more common white frames. The fabric offers up to 119 square feet of coverage depending on the chosen size and is made from 100% polyester to best protect you from the elements and keep the inside of your home cool on hot days. Included is a simple hand crank that opens or closes the awning within a minute, and requires no electricity. Assembly is required. One-Year Warranty included.

I absolutely love this awning. It’s exactly what I was looking for. It is very well priced and looks very pretty. Sorry for the delayed review, but I did need to hire someone to install it. The assembly and install were a little challenging, even for a master electrician. It wasn't the level of difficulty but rather very vague instructions and more than one incorrect picture. However, we prevailed. Warning: DO NOT remove the tape and zip ties from the arms of the hardware. They are spring-loaded and should not be released until the awning has been hung. Otherwise, it'll be like trying to put a cat in a bucket of water. (we were smart about this) To assemble, have a helper on standby to pull the awning through the roller channel while someone else pushes it. A kid can help with this part. One person can assemble the main hardware. To install the brackets to the home, one person is fine as long as they have the correct drill bits and measure correctly. The brackets are great quality; however, they may not sit flush and level to the wall. We placed 2x2 blocks of wood behind each bracket to fill the empty space and make the install strong and level. To install the awning, you'll want a strong teen or adult to assist. They will need to hold one side of the awning and the hardware while standing on a ladder, as both people insert the hardware into the brackets on the structure.. Anonymous. Fri Aug 28 2026
