Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. I’d definitely recommend it!. Madison. Mon Jul 27 2026

I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Only complaint - didn’t realize the seat cushions for the back rest were packaged in the armrest. One person can assemble this in roughly 2 hours.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

Love the Couch, but Packaging Needs Improvement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this sectional! It’s spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We have a toddler and two cats, and everyone loves lounging together on it. One thing I especially love is that we were able to use the ottoman as an extension of the couch, creating even more room for everyone to relax and feel connected. It makes our living room feel so cozy and inviting! The reclining feature is great, and the overall setup is perfect for relaxing together as a family. I’m really happy with how the sectional looks and functions in our living room. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the packaging. The way the product was packaged during shipping left a large hole in the back of one of the main reclining chairs. This was disappointing, especially with a purchase of this size. Overall, I genuinely love the sectional and am happy with how it works for our family.. Alexsandra. Hanford, CA. Fri Oct 23 2026

I had someone set it up. I live in an apartment and the couch came in two separate boxes. Be aware! I live alone so I had to enlist a random person to help me bring it to my apartment because we don’t have an elevator. Once the couch was set up it was exactly as advertised. Absolutely stunning. I got the Grey Ainsley couch. This current view doesnt show the additional piece of the couch (I have that piece in the downstairs living room). This couch is sensational! The cushions are deep and comfortable, they are super super thick and have a good firmness, so hopefully the couch ages well. Best part, the bottom cushions have a removable slipcover so it can be washed! The back cushions are filled with loose fill, so removing the covers aren’t feasible. The extra deep seating allows for a comfortable sitting and lounging experience. I searched for months for the perfect couch and I finally found it!. Nia. Baltimore, MD. Wed Oct 30 2024
