I opened the box and it appears great BUT no visible directions to unpack( and delivery person dropped box on its top from 5 ft high truck bed to ground. Unsure if it is ok. Beautiful chair. Hard to put the rockers on by hand. Had to but a drill. I am 77 gave it a try. It's the screws are hard to tighten by hand. The black is very nice. The drill did a great job. My guess is that this chair was designed, not by a human, but by A.I. It's not at all comfortable (I had to reupholster the seat, adding more cushioning to it), but worse than that: the bottom rockers don't allow for any "real rocking." That's because they're not long enough. It looks okay (most especially since I reupholstered the seat), but I'll probably be replacing it with a better rocking chair at some point in the future only because I really love rocking chairs..
