The instructions are garbage, hardware comes in a jumbled mess that you have to sort through and organize to figure out which bolts are which sizes. Then, several hardware holes were defective, preventing the bolts from being tightened. I would give more starts for this if I could. The material looks so expensive and very clean and neat. The chair was assembled by two people in less than 30 minutes, so not a project at all. The cushions need 72 hours or more to completely fill out so this is the first picture right after putting it together and I feel confident the looser areas will fill out.
