Can I give it 0 stars? Looked good in theory but the holes were not aligned. We spent 4 hours trying to get the base to fit together and it just didn’t work. Unfortunately, when something is actually wrong with the product Wayfair takes away your return option and you’re left dealing with the manufacturer, who in this case has been entirely unresponsive. If you make my mistake and order these chairs only to discover they won’t assemble, just pay the Wayfair return fee and don’t say it was an issue. At least you’ll get most of your money back instead of being like us, stuck with 3 giant boxes for 6 chairs that won’t assemble and out $1200. I think I am finally done with Wayfair after this experience. If you can’t offer customer service for issues then what’s the point?. Kristen. Tue Oct 27 2026
