So impressed. Delivered to our door. Parts are extremely well packaged. Instructions are clear and concise. All parts are wrapped and each part is labeled and instructions even tell you which part is in each box. To top it off there is even a video to walk you through the process. Highly recommended this product! Well after working on it for a number of days I am still impressed however. The assembly requires some skill. Especially lining up the metal roofing. Very easy to go off track and have it skew. I finally got so frustrated I called a good friend that was also a retired metal worker. I was very glad to have his help. Arrived when tracking said it would. Small enough to fit thru our RV door. Very firm cushions, a little too firm. The holes for the wheels on the bed portion were not marked good or in the right spot on some. One of the screw holes on two different wheels ended up in hole in the wood frame and wouldn't screw in. Had to move those two wheel slightly off canter a bit for all 4 holes to catch good wood. The #2 arm has a defect in to top of the arm fabric.
