Its wide blade and curved edge allow a smooth rocking motion, making it excellent for techniques like mincing, julienning, and chiffonade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the best knife I've ever had. I had to decide if I was going to keep it at home or use at work in my commercial kitchen. Ultimately, I decided I wanted it all to myself. It has the perfect weight, and it's so sharp. The design is a huge perk. I'll definitely get the others.. Haleyt11_454107. Tue Nov 26 2024

High-carbon CR17 stainless steel blade. To boost its sturdiness, the steel contains 0.6-0.75 carbon. This makes it two times as hard as other knives in its class, as they contain about 0.3% carbon. Beautiful pattern: the special waved pattern blade is particularly striking (CR17 stainless steel kitchen knives, not real Damascus). Your investment is fully guaranteed. We offer a lifetime warranty and return policy. Ultra-sharp edge: it features an HRC (Rockwell hardness scale) of 57-58, which makes it among the toughest knives in its class. The thickness of this kitchen knife is 2.5mm. Ergonomically shaped handle: The blade of this chef knife is seamlessly integrated with the soft and comfortable Pakkawood handle, creating a perfect grip. The ergonomic shape strikes the right balance between the handle and the thin blade, ensuring ease of movement.

They’re ok. I feel like for the quality of the cut, the blades wouldn’t rust in water.. Julia. Melbourne, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026

The Professional 12" Carving and Slicing Knife is the perfect tool for trimming or slicing larger cuts of meat, including brisket, ham, turkey, and roasts. Not only that, but the narrow blade makes it easy to cut slices in a single pass, ensuring more of the juices and flavor stay inside the meat. Because the knife is so long, slices will look great since there’s no need to saw back and forth. That way, you can be sure every slice is perfect. Bring professional-level performance to your kitchen. NSF certified for use in professional kitchens, it cutlery offers a razor-sharp edge, comfortable grip, precision handling and is built to stand up to the rigors of commercial use. Blades are stainless steel, hand sharpened and finished to a 16° cutting edge on each side much sharper than standard Western-style knives. Their high-carbon steel offers excellent corrosion resistance, holds its edge well, then re-sharpens easily when needed. With its striking, hammered blade finish, it is sure to be a standout in any kitchen, home or commercial. The knife’s beautiful finish isn't just for show; it reduces drag and helps food release from the blade quickly and easily. Full-tang construction and a riveted POM handle ensure it cutlery will provide you with a lifetime of pro-level performance.

I think the knife looks gorgeous. I just received it. Haven't had a chance to try it yet. The first thing I will be slicing with it is my park belly for homemade bacon.. Barry. Kitchener, ON. Mon Jul 06 2026
