Customer service was super nice and quick to replace the couch and even let me keep the old one in case I could find a way to use it. The second was great though! This is definitely a nice set. The star of the show is the wicker. It’s pretty of course but also very nice quality with a nice pliability. It doesn’t look or feel cheap and plastic-y like some wicker (real and fake). 2 minor points that made me take off a star the first is that the back cushions, while comfortable, fall downblow away with high wind... a bit more so than other sets I’ve had. I may try to find a solution with either sewing or Velcro or something like that. The second point, and I more or less knew this going into the purchase, is that the backs are low. We’re all fairly small, and it’s still quite comfortable.
