I absolutely love these pans but for some reason water gets trapped in all the lids between the glass and the metal. I can’t get it out and it’s still there after leaving it out to evaporate overnight. I’ve filed a warranty claim and they are sending me new lids but I feel like it’s a design issue and may happen again. I’m a convert. I’ve been using all clad for 35 years and thought it was the pinnacle. I stumbled on and fell head first into Staub and le creuset. Thought, ok now this is the pinnacle. Tried Demeyere and know 100 that this is it. Steady, even heating that doesn’t drop when food goes in. Super easy to clean after letting it cool, soak a bit and wash. What a work of art I thought I was crazy for spending so much money on 1 single pot after opening it I have zero regrets.I did some research before buying and was scared I would get a Chinese copy but as you can see from the photo it has made in Brazil right on the bottom to me that’s a big win.When I took it out of the box I thought forsure it had something in it because it’s extremely heavy for it size and the fit and finish is top notch very pleased with my purchase hopefully this will last me a lifetime much better than replacing 15-20$ pot every few years after the toxic coatings come off in my food..
