Entertain often. Impress always. That is the philosophy at the heart of Vanderpump By Anolon, a collection that I’ve loved creating for my family, friends, fans, and home chefs everywhere. I believe cookware should feel luxurious in your hands, perform impeccably, and transition from stovetop to table as if it were meant to be the centerpiece. I chose polished clad stainless steel because, when it comes to performance and precision, that’s the highest standard. So get out a gorgeous pan, turn on the music, pour a glass of wine, and cook the Vanderpump way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an electric stove and noticed that the heat didn’t distribute that well. You can see in the picture that the brown marking is where the burner is underneath. This could be a benefit depending on the dish you’re making though. I did like that the pan cooled down quickly. My other pans retain heat for so long that they continue to cook even though I lower the temperature of the burner. The pan and lid handle stayed cool while cooking. Made lasagna and was fairly easy to clean off. Overall, I’m excited to make more dishes with it!. Rebeccam. Thu Oct 15 2026

I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder. For this kind of money, and given the high quality of the non-stick finish, they should have put silicone on the handles for handling them. My previous $60 set from a major online junk retailer (starts with A) has that.. Dirk. Calgary, AB. Mon Aug 10 2026

Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless-steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with all cooktops including induction. Designed with ergonomics in mind, Viking signature handles are hand crafted from cast stainless steel and riveted to the pan for a lifetime of durability. Elevate your everyday cooking with the Cuisinart FusionPlus Nonstick Stainless Steel Saute Pan with Lid. The stainless steel pan features professional stainless steel construction and an aluminum-encapsulated base for even heating, making it ideal for searing multiple steaks or fish fillets, sautéing larger batches of vegetables, or preparing sauces and one-pan meals, ensuring perfect searing and superior release. Cool Grip handles stay cool to the touch, and the pan is both dishwasher safe and compatible with all stovetops, including induction.

This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat..
