This bed frame is great! The only downside to it is that one of the LED light strips broke during installation or before it was delivered. Our shipment also got damaged in shipping. Overall the main bed frame has been solid - no shaking, which is what I was worried about. The headboard is another story, that part is not as well constructed so it's more decoration. It's also overall bigger that a Cal King mattress so there is an open space on either the top or bottom (picture), the sides are an exact fit. Since the frame is sturdy for, um, adult time, I'm glad we decided to save the money versus the much more expensive other stores!
