This pendant is gorgeous! It was easy to assemble and has several rods for you to adjust the length. It took one person under 20 minutes to assemble, hanging is a different story. I have a large pantry with a window, it has to sit high enough up that we don’t hit our heads with our 9’ ceilings. The wood is faux, made of some kind of metal. It takes standard sized chandelier bulbs. It lets off a lot of light, so I love that it is dimmable. Aesthetically it’s a nice touch of a more contemporary design with clean lines. Sizing isn’t too large for the entryway area we installed it. My wife fell in love with these fixtures, so much so that we ordered additional to replace all of the lights in our kitchen. Thankfully, they were fairly simple to assemble, and installation was straight forward. As you can see, they work well on our slanted ceiling.
