I was surprised by the weight of this light. I thought the faux wood grain base would be wood or plastic but it is metal. It was easy to replace the old hanging light with this one; everything you need is included. My only challenge was getting the frame and candles to hang perfectly even. This looked like it was going to be fairly easy to put together and the video attached had a man that put it together in 11 minutes but not me. What is done is very pretty and I am so pleased with it once I get it fixed. It is a beautiful light and could be used in any room from the dining room, bedroom, closet even the bathroom would be fancy and who says the bath can’t be pretty, too. Get it because it is nice and you will love it. The instructions are pretty much a parts list and the written is E to C, etc. I got about 3/4 of the way with it for a few hours for two days and saw one of the tabs on the parts to hang it was bent and twisted a bit so I tried to bend it back which is not easy. I tried to install a screw to attach it and I guess the threads were messed up on the bent tab because it never would start so I stopped to order replacement parts.I will finish the assembly after I receive the replacement parts. It is quite heavy and ackward to put all of the crystals on and will not sit up any kinda way without falling o er and crystals coming back off. I discovered sitting the bottom in a small box holds it up but you can’t work on the bottom tier so mine is just resting, Lol.. Cynthia. US. Wed May 21 2025
