It's a very simple little table and obviously not real wood, but was exactly the size we wanted for our coffee nook. it easily works for two of us for meals, and we find ourselves cuddled up sitting at the table for hours chatting and playing cards. seems pretty sturdy and very easy to assemble. the color was a true oak color and isn't so faux that you could tell unless you looked closely. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Mine arrived well-packaged and with no imperfections. I got the linen white and it is very creamy - moreso than just off-white.
