That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. so far it is keeping cold. the freezer space is cut down with the extra ice maker,if i leave it off and use the extra room, i am in fear that the ice may not start working again. i really like it,but it might not start working if it is left off to long. so i have been informed by LG. This is, by far, the best refrigerator I have ever had. And that’s saying a lot because I’ve had a bunch of them. I went with this bottle because my wonderful dogs had figured out how to get ice and water out of my old refrigerators. This is fantastic. I thought I would miss the convenience but I actually love, the ice and the water pitcher. I’ll refrigerators have to do the basics, store, enough, the easy to clean, make it easy to get to the food… But for some reason this one seems to do it better. Highly recommend.
