I am trying to simplify so I didn't want anything with drawers or shelves that would just become a dumping spot. My biggest concern is I couldn't tell from the photos if there was yellow/orange tones in it - so if you are in that same boat... no - its not orange - more of a medium brown stain. This unit exceeded my expectations in every way.
