Overall pretty simple to put together…. Took me about 1.5 hours, but I put the towel bar and wheels on after the legs since my kitchen is tight on space and wasn’t sure they would work. Smaller hands make assembly a bit easier since some of the connections are in not easily assessable areas. The long and medium bolts are the same length! The Allyn wrench provided is too long, so used a smaller one I had that worked better for me. Also there were a couple of small nicks (minor) on the black wood, but decided to keep it since it’s a hassle to return. Overall pretty happy with the cart.. Lorette. Arvada, CO. Sat May 16 2026

Absolutely stunning island, very happy how it turned out. The darker wood is a little more red than I’d hoped but I will be keeping it! Was very easy to put together, took about 45 minutes. Absolutely gorgeous addition to our grilling collection! I can’t believe how beautiful and sturdy this movable cart is. And the bonus of having a stainless steel top cannot be understated. We’re keeping it in the garage to maintain its integrity but it is a fantastic worktop to pull out when we need it. Easy to clean. Husband put this together in about 30 minutes and said it was a breeze. Thank you Wayfair!. Kelley. Quincy, MA. Mon Aug 03 2026

Upgrade your kitchen with this charming farmhouse island table, designed to be both functional and fashionable. Its solid engineered wood top offers a durable surface perfect for food preparation, serving meals, or extra counter space when needed. The two-level open shelving provides plenty of room to organize pots, pans, utensils, and everyday essentials—helping you maintain tidy counters and a clutter-free cooking area. Bring convenience and farmhouse character into your home with this versatile addition.

This is great - I havent used it much yet but it was fairly straight forward to build. It took my by myself about 2.5 hours. The last step was the most difficult and would have been better with a second person. I’m using it as a work area in my home office. The height and size is perfect to work at while standing. One mistake I made which was pretty dumb on my part was I built it in one part of my house and it was going to be used in another room.... well, it is too big to go through the doorway. I had to carefully take off a few pieces without damaging it to slide it through the doorway. Just be aware of that - it is too wide and the depth is too wide to fit through a normal house doorway.. Marie. Vacaville, CA. Mon Sep 28 2026

Absolutely love it! Perfect color and perfect for my space!. Mar. Alabama. Tue Sep 15 2026

Better than expected! Very high quality piece that is used everyday. The assembly did not take too long either. Is a staple piece in my kitchen.. Sierra. Braintree Ma. Wed Sep 23 2026

Kitchen Island with Storage: Spacious countertop for easy meal prep; bottom two-tier open shelves keep cookware, utensils and daily essentials handy.

It’s a very nice kitchen island, especially considering that it’s made of plywood. I will say that it sits a little higher than my countertops than I expected, even though I measured beforehand. I believe the extra height may be intentional to accommodate stool seating. Overall, though, I’m very happy with it! I’m currently upgrading my kitchen and redoing my cabinets, so I needed to find ways to cut costs without sacrificing the look I wanted. This island was a great solution. It looks beautiful in my kitchen, provides plenty of extra workspace, and has become the perfect gathering spot for my guests while I’m cooking.. Katherine. Wauwatosa, WI. Mon Sep 28 2026

Nice kitchen island. Solid wood and great craftsmanship. I will have to remove casters since it makes it too high w casters and doesn’t line up with counter.. Anonymous. Thu May 14 2026
