The packaging was not up to standard. The hardware was not packaged and throw all throughout the box. I had to count to make sure i had all the pieces. It took about 3-4 hours to build myself which is fine however, when opening the box the wicker already had scratches on it and that was frustrating. Almost as if someone owned it prior to it being shipped to me. The back cushions are VERY thin, the bottom cushions have good structure; they did have strings already coming off out of the bag. I’m very happy with this set. The price was very low. It was easy to put together (great directions). There were 2 places where the screws didn’t line up, but there are plenty of screws to make it solid. (The rug is Wayfir too so I remodeled the porch easily).
