Not all rain barrels are created equal. The Ivy Rain Barrel provides a new era of design innovation for an economical price. All components are included to start collecting and using your rainwater.

I selected rain barrels carefully, and purchased the Ivy barrels . They are very efficient, made of good quality materials and are streamlined to fit elegantly into my simple landscaping plan . I bought two, that were set up next to each other for an effective overflow with storage aspect . The attached hoses also support irrigation. They may be a little bit more expensive than other rain barrels on the wayfair market , but still reasonably priced, and I prefer the quality and durability of these barrels.. Iris. Wimberley, TX. These unique split wine barrels are wonderful as indoor decoration stands and outdoor planters. It saves space when used in the corners of your home, yet provides a large planting area. We use authentic oak wood wine barrels with good quality and value in mind. The wine barrels are well-built and wrapped with three galvanized steel bands to prevent rust. If you plan to use the wine barrels for planting, then drainage holes are needed, so excess water can drain out to prevent drowning and killing the plants. Color may vary due to the reclaimed material used. Gloss lacquer finish.

I just received my Lacquer Finished oakwood Split Wine Barrel Planters, this morning, delivered by FEDEX ground delivery service. They did send me the other barrel planters with the galvanized barrel hoops instead of the barrels with the black hoops but, not an issue. These ones are equally as nice. They are well built and they should last a long time. When I was ordering them I thought that they came with drainage holes already drilled into the bottom of the planters but, I will have to drill some holes, myself. I am handy with a drill so, again, not an issue. These barrels do have some weight to them so it takes a bit to move them around. I use to be able to lift 80 lbs. square haybales but, I must be getting old because these barrels feel like they are heavier then the 65 lbs. indicated in the description and specifications of the barrels so I'll just use by garden cart to move them to where they have to go. With their look, these barrels are going to add that little extra something to the look of my garden and they are going to look even nicer with the plants that I add to them this spring. I was thinking, as well, that if anyone does a lot of family get togethers or gets together with friends out at the lake or elsewhere during the summer months, if they drill a few drainage holes in the bottom of these barrel planters, they can fill the planters up with crushed ice and use the barrel planters just like a cooler to keep their canned and bottled drinks cold especially if they are entertaining a big crowd.. These reclaimed old wine barrels are beautiful and unique, each with its own stain and character marks. These whole wine barrels are great for indoor or outdoor decor, as well as other practical uses. Barrel rings may come in silver OR black. We cannot guarantee which color you will receive. Some barrels may have wood rings, rather than metal ones, or a combination of both. Barrels may or may not have wine stains, scuffs, makers marks or other blemishes. These are NOT considered a defect. Photos shown are a representation of the barrels and are not a photo of the exact barrel you will receive.

These were purchased for an outdoor bistro feel; after adding stone circular tops they will look great. Only concern was the holes (don't want critters moving in) but were able to find the exact cork size on Amzn.. Mary. Dover, NH. Mon Oct 12 2026

The Impressions Palm 65 Gallon Rain Saver is one of the sturdiest and most eye-catching rain barrels on the market. The large opening can be used for 2x3 or 3x4 downspouts and is covered with a soft, fine mesh, and a plastic screen that keeps out heavy debris. Also included with the barrel are two sturdy brass spigots to install in the offset spigot locations.

Love this rain barrel! It is bigger than my old one and it is designed so much better - got a space for flowers and a lip for overflow. Danielle. Harrisburg, PA. Wed Sep 23 2026
