I ordered these cushions and 1 of them had a broken zipper. I ordered another of the same product to match and they sent a different fabric. Then Wayfair proceeded to send me 2 separate replacements which were both the wrong fabric so now I have 3 cushions that I do not want that do not match my original cushions. The ties are substantial so they hold well to the sides of the chairs. They come individually wrapped but may have a musty warehouse smell at first. This is to be expected.
