That means that it usually drags on the bottom of the holder until you use some. This shelf insert is very nice. It’s heavy which makes it feel like quality. The white finish is flawless. The shelves are already built in so no assembly required, which is fantastic. There are zero seams on the faceframe of the unit, which really makes it feel like a high quality built-in product. Our unique recessed toilet paper holders fully recess into the wall with only the frame on the outside, which serves to cover up the rough edges of your wall opening. Additionally, we are the only manufacturer to raise the roller. Why is this important? When you put a new roll on the roller, the roll hangs down about ¾” because the core of the roll is bigger than the roller. That means that it usually drags on the bottom of the holder until you use some. We raise our rollers to account for that larger core. So even new rolls won’t drag. And our holders are 7” high inside – big enough to handle any roll on the market today – even the huge Charmin Mega rolls and Costco rolls – with room to spare! Wow! This is cute. I was scared because I had to cut my drywall to recess it into the wall. I found my studs, marked them, centered the shelf in-between. I had my daughter hold it up, i traced it with a pencil and cut it out with a drywall knife. It slid right in. I screwed it to the studs....so easy. The whole process took 20 minutes. I love it. Terrible. I did a full bathroom remodel and this was the last thing to do. The little cross bar to hold the magazines is missing. Wayfair will not help because its 7 days passed the 30 refund. I stated I dont want a refund or exchange just the part sent to me. Its probably about a 2 part. Horrible customer service. Unless i can find something to use its wasted money. I was almost 300. Why is it that recessed in the wall toilet paper holders don’t actually recess? It’s because of how they are made. Our unique recessed toilet paper holders FULLY recess into the wall with only the frame on the outside, which serves to cover up the rough edges of your wall opening. Additionally, we are the only manufacturer to raise the roller. Why is this important? When you put a new roll on the roller, the roll hangs down because the core of the roll is bigger than the roller. That means that it usually drags on the bottom of the holder until you use some. We raise our rollers to account for that larger core. So even new rolls won’t drag. And our holders are high inside – big enough to handle ANY roll on the market today – even the huge Charmin Mega rolls and Costco rolls – with room to spare! Includes white plastic spring-loaded toilet paper roller, and space for a spare roll (not on a roller).
