Overall this is a good microwave and heats up food quickly. I like the flat clean look of the front door without the handle like the other models. This also makes it easy to clean. The controls however could use some improvement. Especially adding one touch start. It currently has a 30 second quick start button but to run it for a minute or two, you have to either enter the numbers and press start or press the 30 second button multiple times. The other auto features could also use better guided display as we have to constantly look up which setting to use. A WiFi connection to set it up would have been a nice feature. Just installed next to my convection oven and it looks great! I tried the time cook and the 30 seconds warm option and it’s working perfectly. I have not tried the other options yet. It’s very easy to use. Price is a little high compared to a regular microwave. The drawer option is great for shorter people. The only thing that I didn’t like is that it was advertised as made in Italy when I was researching online. And so I bought it. The other drawer microwave I was looking to purchase has a very long wait time. When it was getting installed I saw that it is made in China. Product is what we needed as the kitchenette required a smaller microwave. Product arrived damaged but nothing would have indicated damage looking at packaging. The damaged parts (dents on both sides) were easily concealed when installed but that was also a bit of a hassle. My husband is an electrician & has hung quite a few microwaves, yet he wasn't a fan of the install. We tested after install, it works & no issues with the unit at the moment (not being used as we aren't moved in at the moment). We did contact Wayfair about issues, they contacted Danby on my behalf & Danby contacted me the next day.
