Honestly, this piece is really cool… We haven’t been able to plug it in yet because we don’t have electricity on our addition. However, I am hopeful it delivers led as described. There is one problem and, of course, it had to be on the front of the piece - there’s something they painted over and if I push it off, I’m afraid it will take the paint with it so I have made an incident report. This sideboard is great quality! The colors are great exactly what I was looking for. The amount of storage is abundant and the right cabinet has an adjustable shelf to allow flexibility. I hit a snafu when building this. Instructions were very easy to follow and all parts were labeled well. When I got to step 11 the page was blank along with the next page. I didn’t have instructions for steps 11-14. I called and they responded quickly but did not have a pdf they could send me. Since I had all the parts laying around my family room I decided to start from the back of the instructions and group the pieces together so I could narrow down what pieces were from the missing steps. I was able to figure out where they went and continued to complete the building process. I absolutely love the look and how sturdy it is. Took for freakin ever to put together myself, with the exception of placing the two largest pieces on. The drawers were a nightmare bc the instructions are kind of wonky and the drawings of the parts are small and don't really represent the pieces. I am pretty pleased w the final products although one drawer sticks some and I cannot get one pair of doors to totally line up as i have with other furniture with the soft close hinges. I keep walking by this sideboard buffet cabinet and keep falling in love each time!!! I adore this cabinet! It looks soo beautiful in my dining room, I wonder why I waited so long! The piece is VERY heavy. I was not able to push or pull the box in house, I had to unpack the box outside and bring each piece in separately. It took about an hour to assemble. I didnt need any tools, it came with everything I needed. Pay attention to the directions, there are alot, but it goes quick and easy, the doors dont sit perfectly when you first put them on, the directions show you how you adjust them to perfection AFTER you assemble them. Well made,sturdy,and looks just as pictured. Very heavy piece of furniture so you will need at least two strong people to move before you put the top piece or hutch on. Afterwards with furniture gliders it took three to move into its final placement. Also highly recommend securing it to the wall. The straps came with no need to buy them. It’s really heavy and could definitely hurt someone seriously if it would fall forward. The color of black is not a traditional black but a dark blue gray so depending on the sun it goes from dark blue with a lot of light to a dark gray as the sun goes down. If you’re looking for a true black this is not. Shipped in two pieces wrapped in a large sturdy cardboard which is great for protecting but crazy to unpack and get rid of. There is a lot of packing to get rid of. All in all I like the cabinet. I do think it was worth the money if you’re looking for a forever piece.
