This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. I looked at reviews before purchasing this item and saw that the images were all over a dining room table. I could not help but think it needed to be displayed above a soaker tub in a bathroom, a bubble bath with bubbly lighting. Cute but also spa-like. I was right! This is a really beautiful light. It has motile length of rods for various lengths. We have 9 foot ceilings and one rod is the perfect length and this is in our foyer. Installation is a bit of a pain. We had to switch out screws for the base to fit on the ceiling. Also, the gold coloring got scratched in a few places and while not super noticeable, tells me that this is a painted metal. Overall this looks really nice and we are pleased.. Laura.
