This is a very classy modern light. It came with a broken globe but a new one was sent within a week. It is best to have two people to install because the hooks keep coming out while trying to wire. Would give it 10 stars if I could absolutely stunning. We bought 2 but one box was damaged with broken globe. Took pictures and sent them to Wayfair. Wayfair responded manufacture will be in touch by email or phone within 24 hours. It’s been 48 hours nothing yet another 75 service call for a light with broken globes I need to return and reschedule election. Okay this light is so cool!! I can’t wait to hang it. Waiting until the ceiling is painted but you can still get the idea. It does take some time to put together but it’s not difficult. The only issues I had were that the arms were a bit loose and required taking part of the fixture apart to tighten them, and that the hot/neutral wires are only marked at the end—for shorter installations you have to visually trace the wires and label before trimming them down..
