This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. I'm in love and I want everyone to know it. At approximately 25 inches in diameter it is a good size for a medium room and it may be one of the prettiest things I've ever seen. The install was not as difficult as some have said. But take your time attaching the glass bubbles. I took a chance and ordered an open box item, and it was packaged to perfection it was no damage it was an absolute perfect condition.
