Omg, I was doubting about getting this couch because reviews didn’t show pictures, but here is an honest review. Shipping was amazing, I was called 2 times before it came, one when he was heading this way and another one when he was here. The couch in general is amazing, fabric and cushions are so soft and it is loungey but you don’t sink into it, so it doesn’t make it easy to stand up but still VERY comfortable, all cushion covers are removable and can be washed which I think it’s the best specially having a pet or kids. Overall very happy. Just as pictured. Was nervous buying with no reviews. It’s very comfortable, not too soft, not too firm. Like a more supportive cloud I guess is how I’d describe it. Seats not too high or too low. It’s the perfect style for my decor, very timeless overall. Shipping was fast, came well packed and undamaged. Only assembly was screwing on the legs. Frame feels sturdy. My husband also loves the look along with the feel of the seat cushions. I have a cover on it bc pets so can’t speak to fabric durability. We both fit well on it, I’m 5’3” and my husband is 6’2”. So why 4 stars The dimensions are off. Seat height is actually closer to 18” not 21. Seat depth is closer to 28” not 33.5”. It’s probably 33.5” without the back cushions but that’s not how seat depth should be measured bc who’s sitting on a couch without back cushions (unless it’s a tight back which this is not). Here are the dimensions Overall length 90” Overall depth 40” Back height 27” Back height with back cushions 33” Arm height 22” Seat height 18” Seat length 80” Seat depth 28” Back cushion height (from seat) 18” I did contact Wayfair customer service to let them know the dimensions were not as advertised. Compared to some of the other couches I’ve seen from Wayfair, these are much more filled and soft and plush. It’s a light couch, and easy to move, but feels sturdy. Overall I really like this couch. It’s super cute, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The fabric is soft and I love having the ottoman. My main complaint is that the cushions are thinner than I expected, so it’s not as plush as it looks in the pictures. Assembly was also a little frustrating because some of the pieces were really difficult to fit together, and a couple of them still don’t fit together completely. Received my sofa today and it’s great! I really think there’s pretty good quality. The only complaint is the skirt is a little wrinkled on the left side. I’m hoping with some steam pressing and time it will straighten out. The qualities is good delivery was excellent only took a month and it ended up being cheaper than buying it on Birch Lane!.
