Shipment arrived fast. Packaged well. The product came in three pieces. Read instructions first. The baggies with the screw and washer are replacement parts. You will not need to use them. You will need to take apart the bottom from the middle pole. The gasket is already there at the end. I couldn’t find it until I took it apart. You will then need to reposition as in the diagram to complete assembly. Base of product is the perfect weight to avoid tipping over. Overall a great quality product and would recommend.. Michelle.
