The stool bases are pretty heavy and feel sturdy. The packaging was horrible but they don't look to be damaged. We haven't assembled these yet so I can't speak to the ease of that. They're definitely the exact style and color I was looking for - a polished gold finish with a black seat cushion. They will match perfectly with our newly remodeled black/white/gold kitchen. Though this will be the last large item I purchase from Wayfair. The box they came in said they were white which leads me to believe it wasn't the original box, that the chairs were repackaged in a previously used box. I can't imagine how else the box would be this busted up while the chairs were fine.. Courtney. Forest Park, IL. Wed Jul 11 2018

Great combo to my breakfast chairs, but like the breakfast chairs the screws seem to shimmy out and find them on the floor every once in awhile. I bit frustrating when you hear one drop on the floor and guests are over or having to find the tool to screw them back in.. Dana. Houston, TX. Wed Jul 24 2024
