Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery.
