So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. One issue is when I lower the chair from the 360 position I hear kind of a snap from underneath. Will need to investigate that closer hopefully will not be a major problem.. Debbie. Idaho. Arrived on time and easy to assemble. Although the microfiber fabric makes me itch, I still need to cover it anyway because we have a cat. Enough to support my height and weight(I'm 5'2"). I mentioned weight because the only things that hold the back support are these two metal pieces that seems to short and not even locked with bolts. Hopefully it will hold long.. California. This power lift recliner brings motion functionality and lounge-level comfort to any home. It's designed with a remote-controlled system and a silent lift motor to assist with standing up, while the reclining mechanism adjusts between 90° and 150° for relaxed seating. Padded arms and a stuffed back deliver support, and the soft fabric upholstery blends easily into your space. Built-in side pockets and dual cup holders provide practical storage to keep remotes and drinks within easy reach. The frame relies on engineered wood. It also includes a USB port to charge your devices.

This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The cup holders, USB port and pockets are nice extras.. Kelly. Peoria, IL. Fri Jul 31 2026

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW!
