This was exactly as pictured. I would have liked more thickness in the cushion but in my job I can make that happen easy since the cushions zip. This was easy to put together (I used a power drill with proper attachment) and was done in maybe an hour. Well packaged. Each part of the set is individually packaged so you can open one box, build and clean up…then start the next one. Looks as pictured, comfortable for entire family. I researched for months to replace my old patio furniture I read all reviews on this. I love that the cushions Velcro on the bottom and the in the Bach. Also the cushions so far are comfortable I was hoping for thicker cushions. My friend and I put it together in about a day. I’ve put the other many Wayfair thing so it wasn’t that bad at all. Stunning. Perfect for our deck! Looks great, comfortable and not too heavy. All boxes arrived and parts were all there and all was structurally sound. HOWEVER, and this is important: I paid extra for assembly and SO glad I did. My installer (Wayfair pro) assembled this sofa AND two chairs plus ottomans in TWO AND A HALF HOURS. That was a pro!
