I'm giving 5 stars for Wayfair's customer service when things weren't right. the thought of sending this back made me frustrated knowing it would be a pain. So we set out to do our best. This product had issues from the beginning. Missing several holes for assembly. Luckily my hubby is handy and was able to drill the holes and we used other screws to assemply. It required lots of patience and muscle to put it together because things didn't line up exactly in several areas. Now that it is together it is very nice and strong. I contacted Wayfair Customer Service- used the chat explained my experience and they fairly compensated me whicih is what I was hoping for. This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back. We ordered this day bed and we love it. We have dogs that like to get on our sofa and this one is a much better option. It is lower to the ground so keep that in mind if you’re buying it instead of a sofa. I also noticed many people in the reviews saying that the pillows provided won’t fit in the covers. I opened the pillow stuffing folded it in half and put it in the pillow covers and they seem to work perfectly (see picture of small gray pillows). I do think that the daybed needs more pillows so I added some green ones for a pop-up color that matches the other patio decor. I really love this, it’s perfect for our needs. I would’ve given them a five star instead of four but I agree with other reviews that it is difficult because some of the fasteners don’t lineup with the pre-imbedded fasteners.
