The inside had a hole in the seating where the cushions goes from a while in the box when I received i but nothing major. I put it together all by myself and have gotten lots of compliments about it. The chair does have a low profile so check the measurements to make sure it will work for your space. Actually an amazing easy to set up, puffed up asap, pleasant fabric and the green is a soothing color.
