I like it, don’t love it. The slip cover is my favorite - it’s a thick linen and soft and really exceeded expectations there. It was really easy to put together. It’s not super, super comfortable like it’s pretty firm and the base has springs in it so it’s kind of hard and bouncy almost. The pillows are fine - way too big for the pillow covers that come with it but they technically fit. Id consider replacing the inserts. Overall, it’s fine. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. The gray oversized sofa color is off from the pictures. In my opinion it looks more like a dark blue, than a dark gray. One of the cushion covers for the backrest came with it a zipper, but they did ship me a new one. It was a little confusing when putting everything together because it seemed like some of the boxes didn’t have the corresponding pieces. It is pretty soft and comfy, but maybe a little too soft.
