And was so impressed with it when I visited that I bought one for myself in brown. This chair is gorgeous! The fabric is so soft and friendly on the skin. It works wonderfully. The buttons are clearly labeled and function perfectly. It was very easy to assemble. This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice.
