Beautiful look and color of chair! Traditional style and lines. However I think there is a flaw in the design. Others said in reviews that it was a very deep chair. The bottom cushion is very firm, almost overstuffed and the back cushion is very soft. So when you sit down, you create an opening between the top cushion and bottom cushion of at least 1-2 inches. You can touch the back wood of the chair with your fingers. My low back was not supported at all then. Tried adding a small pillow and that made it somewhat better. Very deep seat which is nice if you’re putting your feet up, but otherwise my feet did not touch the ground (5 ft 6 in). Customer service was so responsive and offered to send a replacement back cushion to try.. Katie. OK. Sat Aug 01 2026

It’s a very nice chair. The fabric is soft with a nice texture and, the swivel is smooth. It’s compact, comfortable and doesn’t take up a lot of space. The color however is very white, not really cream or ecru. I wish it was creamier. I’ll play around with different pillows and throws to make it work.. Njsavvyshopper. Secaucus, NJ. Fri Oct 23 2026
